I've been an agent with Century 21 for 13 years, and prior to that was the office manager and closing assistant for 3 years. Starting behind the scenes with Century 21 gave me the opportunity to gain a wide array of knowledge and experience and build a solid foundation as a Realtor even before I began selling homes. In addition, growing up in this area gives me firsthand understanding of what a wonderful place Northwest Wisconsin is!

One thing I have learned is that everyone wants great customer service. To me, great customer service means timely communication, prompt attention to, and resolution of any issues that should come up, and keeping my clients informed throughout the process. Being friendly, courteous, and professional are also part of great customer service, and loving my job helps me to be just that. I find immense personal satisfaction in helping a seller with the process of selling: especially when I know they were provided with great service and are walking away from the transaction with a smile on their face! And it is priceless when I am able to assist a buyer finding that perfect home or cabin, no two are alike and making sure you'll be happy with your purchase for years to come is not something I take lightly!
